Which country is easiest for a non-resident?
The short answer.
Georgia and the USA are the easiest for a non-resident: registration and taxes are simple, and bank accounts work by power of attorney in Georgia and with fintech accounts such as Mercury and Relay in the USA. The Czech Republic is the easiest EU option, with registration in about 2 hours and easy banking. Romania is the hardest, mainly because of bank accounts and taxes.
