Ready-made company in Romania
Buying a shelf SRL is not the same as getting its bank account.
A ready-made (shelf) SRL is an existing Romanian company that you take over by buying the shares. A new SRL with us costs €890, so a ready-made company is mainly useful when you need an existing legal entity or a company with some history.
The company's bank account does not transfer with the shares: opening an account for a company you have bought works like applying for a new one, and the bank reviews the new owner again. A VAT registration held by the previous owner can also be cancelled. We tell you what applies before you decide.
