1. Who provides the services

The services on readycompanies.eu are provided by Norvex s.r.o. (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We help clients register companies in the Czech Republic and in other countries listed on this site, take over ready-made companies, open bank accounts, obtain access to the company data box, register for VAT or an EU VAT ID, and provide accounting and mandate services. The scope and price of each service are stated on the site and in the confirmation we send after your order.

3. Placing an order

An order on the website is a request. A contract is concluded when we confirm your order, including the scope, the price and the next steps. We may ask for more information or documents before we confirm.

4. Identification and compliance

We are required to know our clients. Before and during our work we may ask you for identification, ownership and source-of-funds information and documents. We may refuse or stop a service, without liability, where you do not provide them, where the information appears inaccurate, or where the law or a bank, notary or authority requires it. You must keep your information accurate and up to date.

5. Prices and payment

Our fees are stated on the site and in our confirmation. Unless we state otherwise, third-party and official costs that are not part of the listed service are quoted to you in advance.

Bank account service

The success fee for the bank account service is due only if the account is opened. We cannot guarantee that a bank will open an account, because the decision is always the bank's. Opening a bank account in the Czech Republic requires the physical presence of the company's representative, except where an online provider such as Revolut or Wise agrees to open it remotely.

6. Power of attorney

If you register a company through a power of attorney, you provide a legalised power of attorney translated into Czech. We provide a template. You remain responsible for the content you sign.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the lawfulness of your business and for filing and paying your own taxes unless you have ordered such a service from us. Our site and replies are general information and not legal or tax advice.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions of banks, notaries, registers and public authorities, for delays caused by them, or for indirect losses. Our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the fees you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Consumers

If you are acting as a consumer, your mandatory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

10. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are resolved by the competent Czech courts, unless mandatory law gives you another forum.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one in force when we confirmed your order.
